Allround Marketer & Content Specialist - Bjorn Lunden DK

About the Role

You’ll be our one and only marketing superhero based in Denmark, joining an international marketing team of 10 people (located in the Netherlands and Sweden) and part of the Bjorn Lunden company. While you’ll work closely with our Swedish marketing colleagues, you’re also an essential part of the Danish commercial team, working alongside Sales and Customer Success Management.

Your mission? Manage and execute B2B marketing campaigns, write compelling content, and keep everyone—from internal teams to external agencies—in perfect harmony. Don’t worry about designing visuals or editing videos; our graphic designer and video wizard have got that covered.

SEO and SEA? Not your main focus—but you’ll collaborate closely with external experts to make sure everything runs smoothly. Basically, you’re the conductor of this marketing orchestra.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, launch, and manage marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and brand awareness in Denmark.
• Write and publish engaging content for LinkedIn, newsletters, our commercial website, and support pages.
• Ensure consistent and on-brand communication across all channels.
• Coordinate and communicate between internal stakeholders (Sales, CSM, and the Swedish marketing team) and external agencies.
• Analyze campaign results and report insights to the international marketing leadership.
• Actively contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies within the Danish commercial organization.

Your Profile

• Degree in communication, marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3  years of hands-on experience in a versatile marketing role, with strong skills in content writing and campaign management.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Experience with B2B marketing and lead generation.
• Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Independent, proactive, and able to navigate between different teams and cultures.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools as Wordpress, Mailchimp and marketing automation tool is a plus.
